HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE:
We get the acting reel done as quick as we can because we have absolutely no need to drag out you getting your demo reel.
HOURLY BILLING :
We bill by every 15 minutes so if we are authoring a DVD for you and it takes us 22 minutes you would get billed for a half hour of work.
$160/ 8 hrs:
This means that it will cost you at least $160 if it takes us 2 hours to complete your acting reel or 8 hours to complete your demo reel and then every hour after 8 hrs we charge you at an hourly rate of $20 per hour at 15 minute increments. So, for example, if it took us 8 hours and 12 minutes to complete your acting reel you would be charged $165.00.
ONE OF A KIND MATERIAL:
We are not responsible for any material that you send us so if at all possible we recommend sending us a duplicate copy of anything sent to us. This is not to say that any material sent to us wont come back to you without harm but DVD's get scratched accidentally and things get lost in the mail so if it is at all extremely one of a kind to you back it up before you send it.
MAILING COSTS:
Say, you are in Orlando but you want us to do your demo reel, wise choice, we would need you to mail us your material. Unfortunately at this time, we do not cover postage costs because you might want to insure your package, have it sent over night or any number of services available, but then once the acting reel is done we need to get the material back to you. At this time we will cover costs for the new media we are sending you back but not any costs for the original material or any other special delivery services. We will ship the content back to you however you want but those costs will be reflected in your final bill. So, for example, you sent us originally five DVD's of movies you were in for us to get scenes from. Then we edited your demo reel and the new media we would be sending back to you is your acting reel on DVD and then the file info DVD. We would cover the costs for those two DVD's but not the original five DVD's you sent to us with your scenes on.
PAYMENTS:
We except cash or if you need to pay by credit card we will send you an invoice through PayPal to your email and it couldn't be simpler.
